South Sound Ride West BMW Motorcycles
Fife, Washington

Geoff Anderson was project manager for this particular project while working at a previous architectural firm.

This retail build-out for Ride West BMW Motorcycles in Fife (a vendor of BMW bikes in Seattle) is the largest BMW showroom in the United States. The scope of work included pre-design, final design and construction administration. Working closely with the client and BMW's corporate architect, a large tilt-up warehouse building was transformed into a dynamic retail building. The space was programmed for optimum efficiency and functionality and designed to be flexible enough to host special events and allow for future growth.
