This project was based on the City of Tacoma issuing a request for proposals for a developer to purchase and develop 4 city blocks in downtown City of Tacoma across the street from the University of Washington Tacoma campus. INNOVA's affiliated real estate company teamed with a large bank in China to fund the project and produced concept plans, financial models and construction costs to propose a land purchase to City of the Tacoma. This proposed $210 Million Dollar Mixed Use Development was designed by INNOVA Architects 2014.
