William Polk's rich and diverse architectural experience is noteworthy for his contributions to retail design throughout the western states and Hawaii. He has worked on anchor stores and shopping centers, totaling over 3 million square feet.
His goal is to provide solutions for his client's needs, whether the projects are large and complicated or small. Bill continues to serve numerous repeat clients. For example, he has designed more than 300 Macy's and over 80 Kmart projects. Bill credits his success, and his award-winning designs, to an emphasis on three principles. He says each design should be "timeless, creative and pragmatic."
